Terms of Service

By accessing and using Recurno ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. The Service is operated by Recurno, registered in The Netherlands.

You need an account to use the Service, and you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose, or in breach of the laws that apply to you
• Attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours
• Probe, scrape, overload or interfere with the Service or the infrastructure behind it
• Resell or white-label the Service without our written permission
• Reverse engineer the Service except where the law expressly permits it

The subscriptions, household members and categories you enter belong to you. We store and process them to run the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership of them and we do not sell them. You can export or delete all of it from Settings at any time.

Recurno has a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and it renews automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice before your next renewal, never retroactively.

Your first Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it, and the first charge is made when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. The trial is offered once per account.

If you sign up through a friend's referral link, your first paid month is discounted and your friend receives a free month once that payment goes through. Referral discounts apply to first-time subscribers only, cannot be combined with other offers, and we may withdraw or change the programme for future sign-ups at any time.

You can cancel Pro at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep Pro features until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part-used periods. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, including any statutory right of withdrawal you may have as a consumer in the EU.

If Pro lapses, nothing you entered is deleted. If you are over the free plan limits you keep every record, but you cannot add new ones until you are back under the limit, and deleting still works so you can get there.

We work to keep the Service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Renewal reminders are a convenience and not a guarantee: always treat your own bank statement as the source of truth for what you are charged.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any period you have paid for but not used.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Recurno is a tracking tool, not financial, tax or legal advice.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or a charge you were not reminded about. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as for death, personal injury or fraud.

We may revise these terms. If a change is material we will give notice by updating the "Last updated" date and, where it affects a paid plan, before your next renewal. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, and the courts of The Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
