You can use Free indefinitely. Upgrade to Pro when you need Pro features, billing is handled by Stripe and you can cancel anytime.
02Can I downgrade from Pro to Free?+
Yes. Manage billing in the Stripe portal from Settings. If you are over Free limits after downgrade, you keep existing data but cannot add beyond Free caps until you are under the limit or upgrade again.
03Do you offer refunds?+
Billing is month-to-month via Stripe. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Contact support from the app if a charge looks wrong.
